[Update] Simple Banner rotator 1.4.0 released

I'm very happy to announce the release of my "Simple banner rotator" script version 1.4.0

This is an update to the previous 1.2.x and 1.0.x releases.

This update brings a much requested feature: The ability to assign banners to specific locations. You can now specify an 'adLocationName' when you add the show_banners() code to your website which can then be used to assign a banner to that location. This feature allows you to have a number of bans but only have them show in certain locations on your page.

Together with that this script introduces a number of new settings. Firstly is the ability to set the target of links to _blank, _top or anything else you wish! There is increased styling customisation with the ability to change the adLocation prefix (the ID o the <div> tags which wrap the banners) and add a class to those <div>s too.

Finally there is the usual cleaning and improving the code which includes making it quicker and work better on IE6.

This latest version of the script has been tested on IE6, 7 and 8, Chrome 2, Opera 10 and Firefox 3.5
